Welcome to It's Oh Kay. We are committed to providing a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. Please take a moment to review our policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Massage Therapy Policies

Procedure for Booking:

1. Review services on the Booking Page. Once decided, you will be redirected to an off-site booking page to proceed with booking.

 

2. If you are not sure which service to book after reading descriptions, please book a consultation at your most convenient.

1st consultation is free, so you can book online or send a whatsapp message to consult. (876) 852-9474

3. Once booked, a confirmation e-mail will be sent along with invoice for payment. At thus point, please state if you require in-spa services so we can confirm availability.

4. Once payment is made and receipt received by us, sit back and wait for your relaxing session day.

  1. Appointment Scheduling:

    • Consultations are done between 5 and 8 PM each day.

    • Massages are done Mon-Wed 6-8 PM and Sat-Sun 8 AM - 7 PM

    • Appointments can be scheduled online, using the Booking page. All appointments should be booked 3 days in advance to allow us to prepare for your session and confirm availability of spa rooms.

    • A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure booking. However, full payments are welcomed. 

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance from appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the deposit made).

    • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

    • We reward loyalty and consistency by giving a 10% discount on every 5th massage service. 

    • We operate a mobile service. However, in-spa services are available for full body services ranging from JMD $7,500 and up.

  2. Code of Conduct:

    • Both clients and therapists are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during sessions.

    • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and the session will be terminated immediately with no reimbursement.

  3. Client Intake Form:

    • All clients must complete a health intake form and sign a waiver before their first session.

    • Provide accurate information about any health conditions or concerns.

    • Clients are responsible to keep therapist up to date on any changes in personal or health related information.

  4. Confidentiality:

    • Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance.

    • Therapists will not disclose any client information without explicit consent.

  5. Hygiene and Sanitation:

    • We adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.

    • Equipment are sanitized regularly for your safety.

  6. Continuing Education:

    • Our therapists are committed to ongoing professional development.

    • We stay informed about the latest techniques and industry standards.

  7. Communication with Clients:

    • Effective communication is key before, during, and after sessions.

    • We welcome feedback and strive to address any concerns promptly.

  1. From the Packages page, you will be redirected to a form.

  2. Please complete same with as much information as possible.

  3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with invoice and payment details

  4. Reply with receipt of payment attached.

  5. Sit back and wait for your self-care package.

Gift certificates are available for massage services or self-care packages.

  1. A JMD $2,000 service fee is included in all costs listed.

  2. Please state the message for the recipient along with any other instructions.

  3. Certificates are valid for 2 months.

  4. The recipient will receive one reminder e-mail after one (1) month.

  5. No delivery is available at the moment for physical certificates. Pickup locations are as follows:

    • VMBS - Duke Street - MIDDAY WEEKDAYS

    • Waterfront/Sovereign Centre (Liguanea) - WEEKENDS

  6. To redeem, present the physical or digital gift certificate at the time of payment.

  7. Gift certificates are NOT transferable to other individuals, unless in the cases where payment was not yet made and recipient has not been notified.

  8. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase.

  9. Gift certificates cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

  10. Lost or stolen certificates: 

    • Report lost or stolen gift certificates immediately.

    • Verification may be required for reissuing lost certificates.

Self-Care Package Ordering Policies & Procedures:

Procedure for Purchase:

1. First, review services and prices on the Booking page.

 

2. Make your order for an E-Cert (electronic gift certificate) on Gift Card page. Feel free to include further instructions/queries in the message field.

            OR

3. Make your order for a physical gift certificate on Whatsapp at (876) 852-9474 or on Instagram @itsohkay876. Please provide your Name, Contact #, E-mail  and

Name, Contact #, E-mail of recipient, message and date for delivery.

 

4. An invoice will follow the order within 24-hours.

 

5. Once full payment is made and receipt submitted, you will be notified for pickup for physical certs and for E-certs, you will be blind-copied on the e-mail with the gift certificate and booking information submitted to your giftee.
