What You Need to Know

You have the option of ordering our Subscription Good Mood Box, one of our ready-made self-care kits, or a customized gift package. We also provide Group/Corporate gifting options. Visit the Store for more.

For each order, you will receive a confirmation email including an invoice with the details of your order.

🚚 Delivery Information:

      ONLY Weekend Deliveries are available at this time for the following locations:

  • Any central location in Kingston $300 (Downtown Waterfront, Liguanea, Half Way Tree, New Kingston, Cross Roads)

  • Residential/ Business addresses in Kingston & Portmore $500.

  • Portmore Mall & Pines (Sovereign Centre) $500.

     

      ZIPMAIL for Island-wide deliveries:

  • (post to post) $400

  • (post to door) $700

✈️International Shipments will be done the 15th-20th of each month COMING SOON!

       Process Time:

 

Our customized gift packages and self-care kits can take 3 days to a week to perfect and standardized self-care kits are delivered the following weekend (Friday-Sunday) after order confirmation.


Please note that full payment confirms your order if you choose any of the electronic payment options.
Cash payments are ONLY accepted upon delivery of standardized self-care packages, and a 50% minimum deposit must be made on orders over $5,000.

2. It's Oh Kay cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. Exchanges are however negotiable on a circumstantial basis.
